About bringing of changes to the order of Ministry of finance of Ukraine from 16.05.96 N 99

It is incorporated in Ministry of justice of Ukraine
on May, 21, 2008 for N 445/15136

In accordance with Statute about Ministry of finance of Ukraine, ratified by the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 27.12.2006 N 1837, and decisions of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 17.04.2008 N 381 "About bringing of change in addition to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from April, 19, 1993 N 283 and confession such, that lost action, decisions of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from June, 6, 2007 N 809" I ORDER:

1. Indention second of order of Ministry of finance of Ukraine from 16.05.96 N 99 "About claim of Instruction about the order of registration of given out, returned and used warrants on the receipt of values", of incorporated in Ministry of justice of Ukraine 12.06.96 for N 293/1318, to eliminate.

2. To Confirm Changes to Instruction about the order of registration of given out, returned and used warrant on the receipt of values, ratified by the order of Ministry of finance of Ukraine from 16.05.96 N 99, incorporated in Ministry of justice of Ukraine 12.06.96 for N 293/1318 (with the changes), that is added.

3. To the management of methodology of record-keeping (Parhomenko In. ) to provide presentation of this order in a five-day term in the set order on state registration to Ministry of justice of Ukraine.

4. To the department of providing of activity of Minister (патронатна service) (Shlenta A.) after state registration of this order to provide his publishing in mass medias.

5. Control after implementation of this order to lay the Minister Fudashkina of on a deputy.

Changes to Instruction about the order of registration of given out, returned and used warrant on the receipt of values

1. To lay out the point 3 in such release:

"3. The forms of warrant (addition 1) are given out after their registration in Magazine of registration of warrant (addition 2), which is to be numbered, laced and clamped by the seal and signatures of leader and chief accountant of enterprise. Numeration of given out for a year warrant is through".

2. To lay out the point 14 in such release:

"14. Returning of values from responsible storage, from repair is carried out on condition of presentation of warrant of enterprise which passed these values on responsible storage, in repair. 

Vacation   by a physical   person  -  businessman    to the enterprise    of values,   calculations    for    which are conducted in a cashless form, and also such, that is passed безоплатно or after barter operations, is carried out on condition of presentation to the businessman of warrant of enterprise".

3. In marks to the additions 1 and 2 before digital denotation to eliminate the sign "N".

4. In the addition 1:

4.1. Words to eliminate "Form of the severe accounting".

5. Additions 3 - 4 to eliminate.
