Security checkpoints are now located in the Departure Hall directly in front of the gates. After passing through Passport Control, passengers should wait in the Departure Hall until their flight is called and they are instructed to go to the security checkpoints at the appropriate gate.

6. Inflammable liquids - gasoline, kerosene, acetone, methanol, a methyl ether, a brake liquid, carbon bisulfide, ethers, organic solvents, all kinds of glue and hermetic which contain inflammable (self - lighting) components.
7. Incendiary firm substances:
Substances which allocate heat and capable of spontaneous ignition when influenced by water, namely potassium, sodium, calcium metal, their alloys, calcium phosphorous and substances with similar properties; Phosphorus white, yellow and other substances belonging to incendiary firm substances; Nitrocellulose industrial dry, colloidal and damp irrespective of the maintenance of solvent.
8. Poisonous and strong substances:
Poisonous and strong substances in any physical condition irrespective of their form and of quality of packing; brucine, nicotine, strychnine, formalin, antifreeze, ethylene glycol, mercury, cyanic chemicals, a cyclone, and substances with similar properties.
9. Bleaching and corrosive substances: Inorganic acids - hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric that their structures; hydrofluoric acids; alkalis of all types – potassium, natrium, and chemical compounds similar to them; Substances for acid etch of metal, chloride of lime , accumulator electrolit акамуляторный and substances with similar properties; Chemical substances for removal of a varnish and a paint.
10. Radioactive substances and materials of any degrees of potential risk, the form of manufacturing or a physical condition and physical properties.
11. All other substances, structures and objects which fall under properties above listed, and also to what the manufacturer distributes especial conditions of storage, transportation and application that raises the doubts in safety of their transportation as such, that can be used for explosion, an arson or realization of threat of safety of life and to health of passengers and crew members of an aircraft.
II.Objects and the substances forbidden for transportation by passengers and crew members in the cabin, but are allowed for transportation in the hold
1. Fire-arms (including fighting, hunting, sports), the pneumatic, gas weapon, pistols and revolvers, intended for shooting the cartridges and equipped by rubber and similar bullets, side-arms of all types, and similar objects, ammunition and spare parts to the firearm, and also the educational, emasculated, museum, souvenir, collection and sham weapon in case the availability of corresponding documents for its storage, carrying and transportation, a gun and pistols for skin diving. Transportation of the weapon is regulated by the instruction approved by the Transport Central Enforcement Authority 2. Pointed/Edged Weapons and Sharp Objects, namely:
manicure scissors; needles for medical injections; knitting spokes; metal table knives; a corkscrew; devices and toys which simulate the weapon; Lighters shaped like a firearm or any other type of weapon, objects with the blunted ends capable to cause severe injury.
Transportation of liquids by passengers
On executions of requirements established in the telegrams of State Aviation Service dated 10.08.2006 No101939 dated 03.11.2006 (registration No 6330 dated 06.11.06 and telegrams of the Head of the State Aviation Service dated 01.02.07 No 011200 following restrictions on all departure flights at Boryspil International Airport concerning quantity of transportation of liquids, gels, aerosols carried in hand luggage are entered: A liquid, gel, an aerosol in individual packing, everyone in volume which does not exceed 100 ml. Such liquids, gel and an aerosol should be packed in one row in a transparent package by spaciousness of 1 liter per one passenger; It is authorized to transport the goods in the hand luggage if they are got in «Duty Free» shops and are packed into reliably sealed plastic packages with the attached receipt.
Liquids concerned are as follows:
Water or beverages, soups, a syrup; A cream, lotion, oils; Perfumery; A spray; Gel, including for hair and for a shower; Substances in containers, container which is under pressure, including foam for shaving, other foams and deodorants; Pastes, including a tooth-paste; Mixes of liquid and firm substances; Indian ink; Other substances of similar structure.
It is authorized to the passenger:
Transportation of liquid substances in the hold baggage; Transportation in hand luggage of medicines and dietary means, including meal for kids to be used during the flight.
But the passenger should confirm necessity to possess such things and to use them during flight (the given requirement concerns flights to the countries of the European Union, and also to the USA, Canada, and also Norway, Iceland and Switzerland) For simplification of detection of the liquid substances the passenger should give for the control all liquid substances to aviation security officer at the security check point; The note: At the same time new rules do not extend on liquid substances, bought by the passengers behind aviation security check point if a boarding pass is available or onboard an aircraft of the European Union. |
