Найближчим часом Міжнародний аеропорт «Бориспіль» відкриє новий термінал загальною площею 20685,6 м2. Його пропускна спроможність становить 900 пасажирів / год (на виліт) і стільки ж на приліт; у піковий період існує можливість обслуговування до 1500 пасажирів / год (на виліт).

    У новому аеровокзальному комплексі реалізовані прості та зручні для пасажирів технологічні процеси, поліпшено умови їх обслуговування завдяки збільшенню площ, впроваджені новітні інженерні та інформаційні технології, система безпеки відповідає світовим стандартам.

   Вся територія терміналу обладнана системою візуальної інформації (розклад руху повітряних суден, табло прильотів / вильотів, інша інформація, необхідна пасажирові, який перебуває у аеровокзальному комплексі). З погляду інженерної інфраструктури, термінал оснащений сучасним обладнанням, яке дозволяє забезпечити комфортні кліматичні умови для пасажирів і відвідувачів терміналу.

    На сьогоднішній день прийнято рішення про перехід в термінал більше 10 авіакомпаній. Базова компанія, яка буде виконувати рейси через термінал F, - «Міжнародні авіалінії України» (забезпечує 22% від загальної кількості перевезень МА «Бориспіль»). Взагалі через термінальний комплекс F планується здійснювати не менше 50% від загального обсягу перевезень.

    Фінансування будівництва здійснювалося повністю за кошти ДП МА «Бориспіль».

Останнім часом аеропорт «Бориспіль» знаходиться в епіцентрі уваги . І це зрозуміло. Через головні повітряні ворота країни здійснюється 70 % авіаперевезень країни. Незважаючи на перевантаження у піковий період, аеропорт працює чітко, професійно, злагоджено.

Окрім того, ми знаходимося на фінальній стадії підготовки нового термінального комплексу до уведення в експлуатацію.

10 серпня будівельні об’єкти аеропорту відвідав Перший віце-прем’єр-міністр України. Він дав високу оцінку роботі керівництва аеропорту, зазначивши, що новий термінальний комплекс відповідає міжнародним стандартам і повністю готовий до уведення в експлуатацію.

Сьогодні до аеропорту із офіційним візитом прибуває генеральний секретар УЄФА, до візиту якого ми активно готуємося. Кілька днів тому аеропорт відвідав експерт УЄФА, який залишився задоволеним підготовкою аеропорту до проведення ЄВРО 2012.

З огляду на те, що аеропорт «Бориспіль» є державним підприємством, підкреслюю – успішним державним підприємством, - нас не оминають увагою контролюючі органи. Перевірки для нас (як планові, так і непланові) – частина нашого життя. Тому акцентувати увагу на якійсь одній перевірці не вважаю за доцільне. Тим більше, що за останні роки жодна перевірка не мала для аеропорту негативних наслідків.

Варто зазначити, що кілька днів тому ДП МА «Бориспіль» відстояв свою позицію відносно земельного питання.

Ніяких нештатних подій в аеропорту не відбувається. Аеропорт та його структурні підрозділи працюють в звичайному режимі.

Термінал F буде введено в дію вчасно.

Термінал F забезпечить нову якість обслуговування авіакомпаній та пасажирів

Проект пасажирського терміналу «F» затверджено Розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 24 червня 2009 № 718-р, згідно з яким загальна кошторисна вартість становить 413 137,259 тис. грн.

Генеральний підрядник - українська компанія ТОВ «МІКОЛ».

Відповідно до Договору № 02.2-24.4.1-38 від 18 грудня 2008, укладеним між ДП МА «Бориспіль» і ТОВ «МІКОЛ», загальна кошторисна вартість будівництва терміналу «F» становить 391 247,27760 тис. грн.

Фінансування здійснюється  повністю за кошти ДП МА «Бориспіль».

Підготовчі будівельні роботи було розпочато у квітні 2009 року, а будівельні -  16 липня 2009 (згідно з виданим Державною архітектурно-будівельною інспекцією в Київській області Дозволом на виконання будівельних робіт від 16 липня 2009    № 978/09).

У терміналі реалізовані прості та зручні для пасажирів технологічні процеси, поліпшено умови їх обслуговування завдяки збільшенню площ, впровадженню новітніх інженерних та інформаційних технологій, а також систем безпеки.

Збільшено кількість робочих місць у ДП МА «Бориспіль» за рахунок введення нового аеровокзального комплексу.

Питома складова у загальному обсязі перевезень

Загалом через термінальний комплекс «F» заплановано здійснювати не менше 50% загального обсягу перевезень. 

Особливості

Загальна площа: 20685,6 м2

Всі напрямки руху пасажирів по аеровокзальному комплексу відбуваються за зрозумілою та простою технологічною схемою руху.

Площа на одного пасажира (як у зоні реєстрації, так і в зоні очікування) відповідає міжнародним стандартам.

На 2-му поверсі знаходиться кімната матері та дитини (зараз в аеропорту відсутня): вона забезпечує пасажирам з маленькими дітьми необхідні умови для догляду за дитиною.

Сьогодні, 10 серпня, Перший віце-прем’єр-міністр України Андрій Клюєв та Міністр транспорту та зв’язку України Костянтин Єфименко відвідали будівельні майданчики нових терміналів «F» та «D» Міжнародного аеропорту «Бориспіль», що задіяні у підготовці до проведення в Україні чемпіонату з футболу Євро-2012.

«В аеропорту потрібно реалізувати цілий комплекс серйозних заходів, адже іншого шляху, аніж перетворення «Борисполя» на потужний міжнародний хаб,  я не бачу», - підкреслив Міністр.

Сьогодні повністю відновлене повноцінне фінансування будівництва терміналу «F»: щоденно на об’єкті працює близько 300 осіб, щоб закінчити усі роботи у максимально швидкі терміни.

Всередині терміналу вже повністю змонтовано стійки реєстрації, системи кондиціонування та вентиляції, проведено усі необхідні мережі, завершується монтаж необхідного обладнання, систем обробки багажу та фасадні роботи. Проведено тестування системи реєстрації. Продовжуються роботи з внутрішнього оздоблення аеровокзалу, монтажу інженерно-технічних мереж.

«Термінал збудований повністю за європейськими стандартами», - підкреслив Андрій Клюєв.

«Термінал «F» - це не лише об’єкт, необхідний до чемпіонату Євро-2012, він ще й має стати «проміжним» терміналом, який обслуговуватиме пасажирів на сучасному рівні та за комфортних умов до закінчення будівництва основного терміналу «D», - зазначив Костянтин Єфименко.

На будівельному майданчику майбутнього основного терміналу «D» аеропорту, який планується здати в експлуатацію орієнтовно наприкінці наступного року, в частині пасажирської галереї завершили влаштовувати колони та стіни третього поверху. Також бетонуються стіни підвалу та колони першого поверху (виконано 75% робіт) та продовжуються роботи з влаштування підоснови для будівництва перону.

З 06.08.2010 р. замість авіакомпанії «Краснодарські Авіалінії» за маршрутом Краснодар-Київ-Краснодар здійснює рейси авіакомпанія «Якутські Авіалінії». Квитки, придбані раніше на рейси «Краснодарських Авіаліній» за вказаним маршрутом, залишаються дійсними.

Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise was visited by Delegation of EURO 2012 Organizing Committee from Poland. The aim of the aforementioned visit was discussing of the issues regarding mutual preparation of airports in Poland and Ukraine for EURO 2012’ Football Championship. On the part of Poland Messrs. Rafal Marczewski, General Director’s Representative for EURO 2012’, (Warsaw Airport) and Tomasz Szymczak, National Coordinator for Airports, PL.2012. On the part of Ukraine the following representatives took part: Mr. Valentin Zgurskiy, Head of Airports Department, National Agency for EURO 2012’, Sergiy Khyzhnyak, Representative of EURO 2012’Local Organizing Committee, Borys Shakhsuvarov, General Director, Sergiy Murashkin, Deputy General  Director on Operation, Sergiy Gombolevsky, Head of Air Terminal Complex, Kiril Astakhov, Deputy Head of Planning and Development Dpt. Mykola  Korniyaka, Head of Technological Development Department. During the visit Polish representatives were informed of the progress in implementation of the preparation plan to  EURO 2012’ Football Championship. They discussed the issues of establishing a common Polish-Ukrainian coordinating Committee to develop a programme for coordination between Ukrainian and Polish Airports for the period EURO 2012’ Football Championship Final. Polish part also presented updated data regarding preparation of the hosting and auxiliary airports in Poland.

Following the results of the first half of the year 2010 Boryspil airport showed a positive trend of its development. Within the said period 2.803.000 passengers arrived to Ukraine via its main air gateway, exceeding for 8% the figures of the year 2009 for the same period. Number of flights handled in the airport totals 43.145. This figure exceeds the figures of the previous year for 4%. It should also be stated that rate of growth is achieved mainly due to the passenger scheduled flights. Therefore it is the pledge of stable and smooth development of aviation industry. 

Since the beginning of 2010 new airlines have started to operate their flights. They are  UTair Ukraine, Air Malta, Air Moldova, Tajik Air, Kuban airlines. New scheduled flights started to be operate en route: Kyiv- Blankensee/ Lubeck – Kyiv, Kyiv -Belgrad- Kyiv, Kyiv - Kishinev- Kyiv, Kyiv – Geneva - Kyiv, Kyiv - Split- Kyiv, Kyiv -Nizhnevartovsk- Kyiv, Krasnodar- Kyiv -Krasnodar, Dushanbe- Kyiv -Dushanbe, Malta - Kyiv - Malta.

Additional Evening Flights En-Route Kiev-London to Be Opened

Since July 4 2010 an extended summer schedule has been introduced on popular route between Kiev and London. Thanking to Air Ukraine International which has commissioned additional evening frequencies on Fridays and Saturdays the load on this direction will be considerably decreased. As a result passengers will have the diversity of departure time selection and additional conditions for convenient travel. Today Air Ukraine International operates 9 regular flights on this route every week.

For the last month a number of domestic regular flights were opened at Boryspil. Since June 2 Dnepravia has started to operate their flights en-route Kiev-Sevastopol-Kiev. July 1 AeroSvit started to operate regular every day flights to Donetsk under the schedule. Since July 2 Southern Airlines has opened a regular flight to Odessa.

In June 2010 Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise Has Attracted Two New Airlines

Since June 2010  two new airlines have started to operate their flights via Boryspil Airport:  Air Malta operating regular flights to Malta and UTair Ukraine operating charter flights to Turkey and Egypt. Air Malta is the main airline carrying passengers from all over the world to Malta. This air carrier has a modern fleet of aircrafts and operates flights on more than 50 routes to cities and towns of Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East.

UTair Ukraine was established in September 2008 and began its activity on December 4 2009 having operated its first regular flight en-route Lugansk-Moscow (the Vnukovo Airport). Currently the airline operates regular flights from Lugansk, Kharkov and Nikolaev to Moscow. Commercial agreements between Utair Ukraine and Utair allow passengers to buy tickets to the final point of destination directly.

          On June 30, 2010 the additional morning flights en-rout London (Heathrow) – Boryspil – London operated by British Airways were opened at Boryspil Airport. The morning flights are scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

          British Airways is the largest national carrier of Great Britain as well as one of the largest carriers in Europe. The Airline owns the state-of-the-art aircraft fleet and operates flights to more than 200 destinations woldwide. British Airways is a member of Oneworld Airline Alliance.

On June 18, 2010 Boryspil International Airport welcomes the first scheduled flight en-route Malta-Kiev-Malta. The direct flight is operated by Air Malta. The flights will be operated by Airbus А319, flight КМ 4556/4557.

          Air Malta is the main Malta passenger carrier from all over the world.  Currently Air Malta has a fleet of 12 aircraft. These include 7 Airbus A320 and 5 Airbus A319. Today Air Malta operates a modern fleet of aircraft to over 50 destinations in Europe, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean, with 200 flights a week.
