Accompaniment of disabled and sick passengers. Disabled passengers are provided with various types of help during the process of boarding, flight and exiting the airplane, including wheel chair provision. It’s recommended to request such services while reserving tickets or not later than 72 hours in advance of departure.
Sick passengers must have a doctor's examination certificate. If their physical state endangers flight security or creates discomfort to other passenger, a carrier has the right to refuse to transport such passengers. 1. According to Voluntary Obligations of the Airport to Passengers and The Law of Ukraine “About the Basis of Social Protection of Invalids” people with disabilities are provided with wheel chairs free of charge, there are special elevators for disabled people at terminal “B”, specially equipped rest rooms for invalids, and buses with movable entrance ramps. 
2. For people with disabilities: Special service team for people with disabilities (location: airport inquiry at terminal “B”); Service team for disabled people has been specially trained and given relevant certificates; Ramps for disabled people at entrances/exists of terminals; Revolving doors at the terminal “B” have a special access mode for this category passenger; Inquiry stalls and passport control stalls are specially equipped to serve people in wheel chairs; Public phones located at airport terminals are installed at 80 centimeters above floor level; Special equipment “AMBULIFT” is employed to transport people with disabilities and assisting them while boarding and exiting aircraft; Wheel chairs for people with disabilities are provided in sufficient quantity and are specially designed for comfort and easy transport passengers on stairs, aircraft ladders and inside aircraft.
