Terminal “C” serving VIPs has its own guarded parking lot. The terminal has separate recreation rooms, communication services, press conference rooms and banquet rooms. High level services, maximum of care for clients’ wishes and kindness are guaranteed.

 A separate complex within Terminal C of SE IA Boryspil which provides services to passengers which includes:

The meeting and escorting by a highly qualified multilingual specialist, during aircraft embarkation and disembarkation procedures.

• Passenger transportation to/from aircraft including
• Provision of pre ordered private motor vehicle transport to/from aircraft, and terminal 
• Luggage packing
• Porterage, loading and unloading of luggage and carrying luggage to/from passenger’s vehicle.
• Preflight waiting in the comfortable VIP lounge of terminal “C”.
• Local and national telephone communication services:- fax, photocopy facility and Wireless Internet Connection
• Rapid Multi Lingual terminal transit escort service through specially allocated: Ticketing, Check-in, Passport, customs, and baggage  checkpoints within terminal “C”.   

The cost of the complex of services rendered to air passengers at the terminal “C” of SE IA “Boryspil” (services):

 Price for one passenger – 916,67 UAH, VAT is 20% that is 183,33 UAH, the total is 1100 UAH. Bar services are included:

• a cup of tea or coffee
• honey, lemon (1 portion)
• juice (0,2 liter)
• mineral water or sweet drinks (0,5 liter)
• biscuits, sweets or croissant (1 portion)
• a bar of chocolate
• nuts (1 portion) 

 Transit passengers changing flights at “Boryspil” airport and being served at Terminal “C” within 24 hour period are provided with 50% discount off the price of the next Terminal “C” complex of services (the total for all services will be 150%);

 Air passengers having return tickets are not provided with a discount;
 
 
 Children up to two years old accompanied by parents are served free of charge;

 Unaccompanied children having flights are not granted any discounts;
 For a group of 10 - 20 passengers (inclusive) there is 10% discount, over 20 people there is a 20% discount and over 40 people there is 30% discount. Passengers are considered a group if they arrived or are departing on one flight and are served at Terminal “C” using one application order.

 If a passenger stops using terminal “C” services for reasons which SE IA “Boryspil” cannot influence or if a customer didn’t cancel reservation one hour before the arrival he/she is obliged to pay 50% of the total cost of services.

The Service for arrival is arranged for passenger who pay by cash credit card  in advance.

Additional services:

 holding of press conferences, meetings, negotiations at terminal “C” per one hour:

• at a large hall (22 seats)  - 600.00 UAN, VAT is 20% that is 120.00 UAH, the total is 720.00 UAH.

Requests are accepted:

 24 hours before flight arrival;

 24 hours before flight departure;

 request for a group of air passengers must be made in writing and not later that 48 hours before the beginning of serving;

 There should be a date, itinerary, flight number, state number and aircraft make, passenger’s last name and people who meet a passenger in the request.

 Passengers who arrive 1 hour and 20 minutes later than time stated on a ticket cannot be guaranteed services at terminal “C”.

There are no services for passenger using the following airlines:

• BMI;
• Air France;
• EL-AL Israel Airlines;
• Lufthansa;
• Wizz Air

Note: the following restriction is due to demands of the above mentioned carriers towards flight procedures and could be changed.
